After the first two weeks of her junior-year internship took a route that belied her expectations, Chelsea formulated a distinct product of her own, replacing intern and employer disconnect with communication. Chelsea left to find a new favorable internship experience that summer, but to prevent further propagation of adverse internship purpose, she visualized a virtual destination for interns and employers to explore and apply the collaborative beneficial opportunities that form the foundation for quality internships. Her lunch break idea became urgent reality, as she created InternCircle to serve as the most comprehensive and current website for interns and intern employers. InternCircle makes it easier for aspiring interns and students to find top internship offers from leading companies and for companies to also find the best interns.

Chelsea is an honors magazine journalism and European history senior at Syracuse University, where she previously worked as assistant news editor and assistant copy editor at the The Daily Orange. She has interned internationally since age 16 at 66 North, Unigo.com Chandelier Creative and Harry Winston in marketing, advertising, design and online journalism departments.
